My friend could never remember the name of this dish, so she called it Walking Tacos.... It could probably use a better name.
It can be doubled, or tripled, depending on how many you want to serve. These quantities serve 2 light eaters.
1 can chili/w beans, heated
1/2 cup cooked corn
sliced black olives
chopped tomato
shredded lettuce
grated cheddar cheese
sour cream
fritos
On a plate layer a handful of fritos, chili, corn, lettuce, tomato, olives, cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
