Tortilla Pinwheels

Everyone I know loves tortilla pinwheels! Make them for your next get together and watch them disappear.

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 4 oz chopped black olives
  • 4 oz diced green chilies
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • flour tortillas


Mix all ingredients (excepts the tortillas). Blend thoroughly. It's better if you make it a day in advance, but even a few hours will help the flavors come together.

Spread a heavy coat of mixture evenly over tortillas, and roll up. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours. Unwrap and cut into 3/4 inch slices.

These are great served with salsa!

(I've kept this mixture in my fridge for a week before, and would grab a tortilla for an instant snack.)
