Ingredients 2 Pork Chops Butter (cooking) 5 oz green chili sauce 2 small cans diced green chilies 4 oz sour cream Parmesan (taste) Salt (taste) Pepper (taste)
1. Heat the pan, add butter. 2. Place thawed pork chops in the butttered pan and cook until thoroughly done and slightly browned on both sides. 3. While the pork chops are cooking, mix the green chili, Parmesan, chopped green chilies, and sour cream together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Once pork chops are cooked through, drain the remaining oil. 5. In the same pan, pour the sauce over the pork chops and cover. Leave on low heat until the sauce is heated. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
