"No Cook" Butter Pecan Mousse Parfait

Scrumptious Mousse in less than 10 minutes!
Serves: 2________Prep Time: 5-7 minutes____Cook Time: 0
Ingredients for No Cook Butter Pecan Mousse Parfait
- 1 ½ cups Heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup water
- 1 small box Butterscotch Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Cool Whip Dessert Topping (optional)
Start with clean glass or metal mixing bowl (plastic can prevent the cream from whipping).
Add heavy whipping cream, water, and Jell-O instant pudding mix. Using an electric mixer, whip until very thick. Spoon into dessert bowls. Top with chopped pecans and Cool Whip.
Substitution: If you do not have Heavy Whipping Cream; you can substitute 2 cups milk for whipping cream and water (do not add water to milk); but your parfaits will be more like pudding instead of mousse.Go to Easy Dinner Recipes Homepage
