Honey Dijon Salmon

I know that you're looking for the best baked salmon recipe, and I'm telling you that you should stop right here and make this honey dijon salmon!  It's oh so good!  A huge 'Thank You!" to my friend Cathy for this recipe.  So many of our favorite recipes originate from her.

honey dijon salmon

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 T. honey
  • 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs (I used Panko)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 4 t. chopped parsley
  • 4 - 4 oz Salmon filets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon for garnish

Combine butter, dijon mustard, and honey in a small bowl.  Set aside.

Combine bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.

Arrange filets on a baking pan that has been covered in parchment paper.

Generously brush each fillet with the honey mustard mixture and top with the bread crumb mixture.

Bake 12-15 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven.  Season with a little salt and pepper and garnish with lemon.

Thanks Cathy!  My entire family loved this one!
