Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

If you could find an easier chicken pot pie recipe, it would have to come from a box, because this one is easy! It tasted divine, and I am embarrassed (no I'm not) to tell you how simple it was to make. After all, that's what this is all about!

Cook Time: Crock Pot 6+ hours

Prep Time:  5 minutes


  • 3 boneless chicken breasts - I put mine in frozen!
  • 1 26 oz can of Chicken and Rice soup (family size=big can)
  • 1/2 package of frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 roll of homestyle biscuits, the big fat ones


Place ingredients in a crock pot in the order listed (minus the biscuits).

Turn the crock pot to low for the whole day or to high for a half day.

When ready to serve, remove chicken from crock and cut into bite sized pieces.

Return chicken pieces to crock pot and cook biscuits as directed on package. Split biscuits and spoon as much pot pie filling as desired and serve open face.
