Cookie dough of your choice (I use sugar cookie dough)
Butter cream frosting (you can try a cream chocolate if you prefer)
1. Roll out cookie dough into one big cookie. Roll part of cookie dough into a long snake and place it around the edge of the big cookie. This acts as the crust.
2. Bake in over at 350 until slightly golden ( I like to leave it a little undercooked, right before golden)
3. After cookie cools spread frosting upon the cookie. ( For a "healthier" alternative use cream cheese frosting or whip cream)
4. Cut fruit into flat pieces and decorate the cookie pizza.
5. Serve and enjoy!
