My good friend Kim makes this cranberry chicken recipe all of the time. She serves it for any occasion, including holidays. Now that I've tried it, I see why it's her signature dish. 1) It's easy! 2) It tastes great! 3) It makes a pretty plate served with white rice and a garden salad. My husband is not a big chicken fan, and even he thought this was tasty.
Place chicken breasts in a 9 X 13 pan.
Combine other ingredients in a bowl.
Pour this mixture over the meat.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 400 degree oven for 50 minutes.
Serve with rice, green garden salad, and rolls.
