Corned Beef and Cabbage - The Easy Way
- 1 medium head of cabbage chopped in bite sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 can corned beef chopped into bite sized pieces
Put oil in the bottom of a large skillet, add cabbage then salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender and slightly transparent.
Add corned beef to cabbage. Cook until corned beef is warm, about 5 minutes.
You can also leave out the corned beef and this makes a great side dish.
