Cheesy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients for Cheesy Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 (8-10 count) can crescent rolls
  • 3 to 5 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated


In a 9X12 inch pan, lay out the uncooked crescent rolls in the

bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of the dish. Be sure to

slightly overlap each one. Spread out the slices of swiss cheese

over the rolls. Beat the 3 eggs and add the milk. Pour this

mixture over the rolls and the cheese slices. Sprinkle the

crumbled bacon and the chopped onion over the top. Bake 15-20

minutes at 350 degrees. Top with grated cheese while still warm.
