I've long been a fan of dump cakes, so I don't know what took me so long to try a blueberry dump cake. Hello, delicious!
I posted this dump cake recipe way back in the early days of this website. Just recently, I tried it with blueberry pie filling, and it's sooooo good that it warrants a page all its own. Dig in!
Combine blueberry pie mix and crushed pineapple into a 9 X 13 X 2 pan.
Top with 1 dry package of Butter Cake Mix.
Add coconut flakes (not pictured, because I was out) and pecans.
Cut stick of butter into little pats and place evenly all over the top of the cake.
Place in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 30 minutes. It's decadent all on it's own, or you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to cut back on the sweetness (...chuckles...)
It's unbelievably easy for such a wonderful result. Enjoy!
