This beef tortilla sandwiches recipe was submitted by Debbie from New Mexico.
Cook ground beef and drain, add both cans of beans into same skillet (do not drain the beans) cook on medium heat until completely heated. Spoon into a warm tortilla and sprinkle grated cheese over mix. Roll up or fold over and ENJOY! No other seasonings are needed the beans season the meat wonderfully
Note from Tiffany: My parents made something very similar to this when we were growing up. Only they fried small pieces of potato to a crisp, and added that into the ground meat and beans (we only used Ranch Style) and then we would put the cheese and meat mixture inside a warm tortilla and serve what they called, "Mexican Sandwiches" Very, Very Good!!
