BBQ sandwiches

Here's a recipe for BBQ sandwiches that Mom taught me years ago and I've never run across it anywhere else. It has always been one of my favorites and a favorite of anyone that tries it. I know it sounds a bit odd but it really is great.

1 can corned beef

1 jar BBQ sauce (I use Head Country Hickory Smoke but whatever your favorite flavor is will work)

1 package hamburger buns

Open corned beef and place in small sauce pan, break up with fork (I scrap the white excess fat off before breaking it up but you don't have to)

Pour about half a jar of BBQ sauce over corned beef and stir to combine. You can add more or less sauce depending on how messy you like your sandwiches.

Cover and heat on low heat, stirring often.

Once heated serve on hamburger buns with potato chips. Makes enough for 6 - 8 sandwiches depending on how much you put on each sandwich.
