Baked Caramel Corn Recipe

Delicious Baked Caramel Corn Recipe, try it.


  • 5 quarts popped corn
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark Karo syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Put popcorn in large roasting pan. Mix together butter, brown

sugar, syrup, and salt in medium saucepan. Boil together for 5

minutes. Mix in soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and stir

well, until popcorn is coated. Place in 250 degree oven for 1

hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Pour out on foil to cool. Store

in sealed container or zip-lock bags.
