Welcome to issue #3 of the Quickies newsletter.

Here are your 5 quick dinner ideas, and a shopping list. I've made a shopping list for each recipe individually - or if you'd like to make them all, I've made a master shopping list that you'll find at the bottom. Feel free to send me your comments/suggestions both positive and negative. This newsletter is a bit of trial and error to see what works.

Your shopping list for individual recipes are as follows:

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

* 1 medium onion

* 1 pound ground beef

* 1 1/2 tsp. flour

* 2/3 cups ketchup

* 3/4 cups cola

* 2 Tbs. vinegar

* 1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce

* 1 tsp. honey

* 1 tsp. dry mustard (or 1 Tbs. prepared mustard)

* Salt and pepper to taste

* 12 hamburger buns

* (Or one can of Manwich and one pound hamburger meat and one package of hamburger buns.)

Tuna Casserole

* 1 can tuna

* 1 can green peas (or frozen if you like)

* 1 medium chopped onion

* 1 can cream of mushroom soup

* 1 1/2 cups potato chip crumbs

Easy Meatless Lasagna

* 16 oz lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions.

* 1 - 1 lb 9 oz jar of Prego pasta sauce

* 1 - 16 oz container of small curd cottage cheese

* 2 - 8 oz packages of grated Mozzarella cheese

* 3 to 4 pound roast
