Creamy Cheesy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients for Creamy Cheesy Broccoli Soup:

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 qt. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder


Steam broccoli; drain and set aside. In a pan, melt butter or

margarine; add cream cheese, Velveeta, and heavy whipping

cream. You may use a wire whisk. Bring to a boil and add

garlic powder. Combine cheese mixture with drained broccoli.
