Broccoli and Rice Casserole

This broccoli and rice casserole makes a great side dish recipe. It's an easy casserole that tastes great too!


  • 2 Cups Raw Rice (Cooked according to directions for 14 Minutes)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese (chopped in chunks)
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg. Frozen Broccoli
  • Salt and Pepper


Combine and cook in 9X13 inch casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
