I created this website because I was so frustrated looking for EASY dinner ideas. Everything I found called for all kinds of ingredients that I didn't have on hand, and I couldn't go to the store.

Then the idea was born to create my own dinner idea reference so I wouldn't be cooking the same thing every week.

I love it when you gals write to me and tell me how much you're using and appreciating my no-nonsense meal ideas.
