Veggie Bread
Ingredients for Veggie Bread Recipe: - 3 cans biscuits
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
Directions: Cut biscuits into fourths. Mix biscuits, cheese, and 1 stick of margarine, melted. Sautee peppers and celery in the other stick of margarine. Mix with biscuits and pour in bundt pan. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool a few minutes before serving. Thanks Leticia, from Rotan, TX for the recipe.
