What's not to love about peanut butter and chocolate combined into a bark? It's called tiger bark, and it's some kind of delicious!
I wouldn't necessarily make this during the summer months, unless you're stashing it in the freezer. It will be a melty mess in the heat. A big thanks to my friend Cathy for the recipe.
Prepare a large baking sheet (lipped) with a piece of parchment paper.
Melt the almond bark according to the package directions. When it's smooth, stir in the peanut butter until it's mixed. Pour the bark out onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time until melted. Spoon all over the bark, and then take a knife and swirl which will make the striped pattern.
Let it cool. You can cool it quickly by putting the baking sheet into the freezer. Break into desired sized pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
