Your family won't believe you only spent 30 minutes in the kitchen!

Let everyone believe that you've cooked all day with these super easy American meatballs. Only YOU and I will know the truth. Throw this dish together in less than 30 minutes or less, then sit back and enjoy the compliments.

Serves: 4
Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 20 min
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 lb lean (85/15) ground beef
1/2 pkg Onion Soup Mix
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 pkg instant brown gravy mix
1 cup water
1/2 tsp parsley (optional)
1) Mix all ingredients together, except water & brown gravy mix. Roll into 1 ½ inch balls. Microwave on HIGH 10-15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through; turning every 5 minutes so they cook evenly. Drain off all fat.
2) In saucepan, stir brown gravy mix into water. Place over medium heat and stir until thickened. Pour over meatballs.
3) Spoon over, rice, noodles, or potatoes. Sprinkle lightly with Parsley, serve hot.
