Cream Cheese Stuffed Celery
Ingredients:
Instructions: Wash and de-string celery (pull down from ends to remove stingy stuff). Cut into 3 inch pieces. Stir olives and cream cheese together and add a couple tablespoons of olive juice for extra flavor. Fill the celery. Cream cheese mixture can be made and stored in a covered container for a stuffed celery quick snack.
