Spanish Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1C -raw rice (not Instant)

  • 2C -boiling water

  • 2T -vegetable oil

  • 1Cube -chicken bouillon

  • 1/2t ea-salt, garlic powder, ground cumino*

  • 2-3T -tomato sauce (I use 2)


Heat oil in frying pan & add raw rice. stir
until most not all rice is lightly brown.

Add the boiling water & the remaining ingredients.

Cover & when it starts to steam, turn the fire down. Simmer approximately 20 minutes. DO NOT OPEN LID BEFORE THE 20 MINUTES.


*I use ground cumin
