Skillet Pork Chops

skillet pork chops

Thanks Brittni for sharing Skillet Pork Chops. She makes this and loves it, and was kind enough to share with us. She says it's not fast, but is super easy. I agree!

Pork Chops via the back of Ranch Style Pinto Beans Can

Ingredients:

  • 6 Center cut pork chops
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 cup original flavor bbq sauce
  • 2 cans (15 oz) Ranch Style Pinto beans w/Jalapenos, drained.

In a 12 inch skillet, sear pork chops in oil until brown, about 5 minutes. Remove pork chops and place on a plate.

Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook 5 minutes. Stir in chicken broth, bbq sauce and beans.

Heat mixture to a boil. Return pork to skillet. Reduce heat; cover & simmer 50 to 60 minutes, stirring sauce and turning pork chops occasionally until meat is fork tender.

Makes 6 servings.

**I serve mine over a bed of white rice. It is delish!**
