Sausage Balls Recipe

The first time I made this sausage balls recipe, I couldn't believe how EASY it was, then I tasted them! I couldn't believe how delicious they were!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of sausage uncooked
  • 3 cups of Bisquick
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. sage

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400, mix all ingredients together (I have a Kitchen Aid Mixer-which makes it very easy to get a good mix). Mold into small balls placing on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes.

**Variation, use 2 cups of cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 350.

What a perfect appetizer finger food recipe!
