Roast Gravy

Making roast gravy is so simple, but will add so much to your meal.

All you need is cornstarch and the juice that remains in the pan after cooking your roast.

Instructions:

  • Dip the juice out that's around your roast and put it in a saucepan.
  • Take a small amount of cool water, about 1/2 cup and add 2 heaping tablespoons of cornstarch to the water and stir well.
  • Heat your roast juice on medium and add the cornstarch water to the juice stirring it until it boils. As soon as it boils you'll notice it will thicken into gravy texture immediately. Taste to see if needs a little salt. (If you put plenty on your roast before cooking, it shouldn't need any)
