Reuben Dip

Grab some party rye bread and make this reuben dip recipe for your next get together. It's simple to put together but big on flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 packages of Carl Buddig corned beef, chopped
  • 16 oz sauerkraut, drained

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish and cook in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.

Best served with party rye bread, usually found in the deli section of your store. (or make your own by cutting rye bread into squares and toasting lightly in the oven.)

Enjoy!
