Raisin Bran Muffins

These make a delicious breakfast muffin! My mom used to keep a giant tupperware bowl in the refrigerator with this mix, and when we wanted muffins, all we had to do was cook them.

Ingredients for Raisin Bran Muffins:

  • 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tsp. soda
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Pour into large container with a lid.

Store in refrigerator. Cook as you like in paper baking cups in

muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 2 minutes, then at 375

degrees till done (about 30 minutes). Keeps in the refrigerator

up to 6 weeks.
