Raisin Bran Muffins
These make a delicious breakfast muffin! My mom used to keep a giant tupperware bowl in the refrigerator with this mix, and when we wanted muffins, all we had to do was cook them. Ingredients for Raisin Bran Muffins: - 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 tsp. soda
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 5 cups flour
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions: Mix all ingredients. Pour into large container with a lid. Store in refrigerator. Cook as you like in paper baking cups in muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 2 minutes, then at 375 degrees till done (about 30 minutes). Keeps in the refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
