Quick and Yummy Ritz Chicken

You will need:
- 6 medium sized boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package of ritz crackers (off brand work fine too)
- 2 eggs
- splash of milk
Crush ritz crackers (I like mine a little chunky, however you can crush them until they are very fine too). Put on a plate or on wax paper on the counter.
Mix eggs and milk and beat.
Roll chicken in egg and milk mixture, then place in crackers, roll and press until chicken is coated good.
Place in a lightly oiled pan, fry, flipping continuously until coating is crispy and golden, and chicken is cooked.
If you do your crackers thicker, and you have some leftovers, fry them too, they are soooo yummy!

Tiffany's gravy!!The chicken can also be baked rather than fried if you prefer. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
