Pumpkin Crisp

Pumpkin Crisp (kind of like a Pumpkin Dump Cake)

  • 1 can Libby's pumpkin

  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 Duncan Heinz Golden Butter cake mix

  • 1 1/3 sticks of butter

  • 1 cup chopped nuts


Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in bowl.

Spread in greased 9 X 13 baking dish.

Spread dry cake mix on top of mixture.

Spread nuts over cake mix.

Pour melted butter on top.

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.

This is great served warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream or you can let it cool and it is good that way as well.

Got this from a friend at work....yummo...and just time for Thanksgiving!!!
