Potato Crawfish Chowder
Ingredients for Potato Crawfish Chowder: - 4 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3.5 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pt. half & half
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup butter
- 12 oz. crawfish tails
- 1 bunch green onions
Directions: Chop green onions and saute in half of the butter; set aside. Saute crawfish tails in half of the butter; set aside. Put remaining ingredients in large cooking pot and heat until melted. Add crawfish and green onions. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes and serve.
