Potato Crawfish Chowder

Ingredients for Potato Crawfish Chowder:

  • 4 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3.5 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. half & half
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 12 oz. crawfish tails
  • 1 bunch green onions

Directions:

Chop green onions and saute in half of the butter; set aside.

Saute crawfish tails in half of the butter; set aside. Put

remaining ingredients in large cooking pot and heat until

melted. Add crawfish and green onions. Simmer for 10 to 15

minutes and serve.
