Thank you Ranette from Texas for submitting this pork chop casserole recipe. I made it for my family, and it was surprisingly good. I wasn't sure how well my boys would eat it since they're not fond of peas, but once I got them to try it, they did.
Brown pork chop cubes, place in bottom of a casserole dish. Cover with rice (uncooked), layer creamed corn, whole corn, peas (do not drain veggies). Top with canned tomatoes and salt and pepper if desired. Bake in 350 oven 30 minutes or until rice is done.
