Pork Chop Casserole Recipe

Thank you Ranette from Texas for this quick dinner idea!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops, cubed
  • 4 servings instant rice
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (garlic)

Directions:

Brown pork chop cubes, place in bottom of a casserole dish. Cover with rice (uncooked), layer creamed corn, whole corn, peas (do not drain veggies). Top with canned tomatoes and salt and pepper if desired. Bake in 350 oven 30 minutes or until rice is done.

"This is a great recipe, not only is it super easy but my kids loved it even when they were little. Hope others enjoy it as much." ~ Ranette
