Perfect Margarita

Applebee's Perfect Margarita copycat recipe.

• 1 cup ice
• 1 1/4 oz. good tequila
• 3/4 oz. Cointreau liqueur
• 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier liqueur
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. simple syrup
• 6 oz. (3/4 cup) sweet and sour mix

Garnish glass with salt and lime and an olive. Put ice in a

shaker, followed by the tequila, Cointreau, Grand Marnier, and 1

ounce fresh lime juice. Add 1 ounce simple syrup and 6 ounces

of sweet and sour. Shake well and pour into salt rimmed martini

glasses.
