Mmmm...my favorite food is Mexican food!

I'm in the process of posting all of my husband's authentic Mexican food recipes (and a few others I find). He is originally from Mexico, and he is a great cook (when he does it, which isn't nearly often enough!) I'll put an asterick next to his recipes.

His Spanish Rice recipe is better than any I've ever had in a restaurant. It's finally here.

He also makes caldo (recipe coming soon), guiso, gorditas, enchiladas, guacamole, tamales, salsa, and much more. I hope you'll return as I get these recipes posted.
