Not a sloppy joe, not a taco, these Mexican buns were a hit with every single person in my family!
Yields: 6 buns
Cook ground beef with onion until done.
Add ranch style beans, undrained and stir in 1 envelope of taco seasoning.
Now lightly butter the tops of your hamburger buns and assemble. Add meat and bean mixture to buns, top generously with shredded cheddar and wrap them in foil.
Put them on one big baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees F for 15 mins.
