Messy Misters (BBQ cups)

I squeezed bbq sauce right from the bottle and stirred til it all blended nicely.
2 cans Crescent Rolls
1 lbs ground beef
At least 1 cup BBQ sauce or Can of sloppy joe sauce
Directions:: Brown your beef in a frying pan. Drain the meat. Add your bbq sauce or sloppy joe sauce. I am not sure of the exact amount of sauce as I just eyeball it to give the meat a nice good coating of sauce. Just make sure all the meat is covered. Set the meat off to the side and get out a muffin pan. Open your crescent rolls and put 1 triangle in each hole. (You might want to spray some nonstick spray to the pan. I'm not sure if you need too but I did.) You have to sort of shape it (the dough) to create a bowl type bottom. After you have filled up all your holes, you might have some pieces of dough left over. I did because my muffin pan only holds 12 muffins and I had 16 pieces of dough.
Now, go back to your meat and take a spoon and just spoon the meat into the dough until its about level with the top of the pan. Then top them all with a bit of cheese. Now with the extra pieces of dough, I just gave 4 of my "misters" a top. Just lay the extra piece over one of the muffins and and sort of squish the edges down into the sides so it will seal off with the other bottom layer of dough. Cook normally as the package of crescent rolls suggests. Serving amounts vary depending on the size of your muffin pan but I got 12 "messy misters" out of mine. It took about 2-3 to fill up myself and my husband along with a half sized corn on the cob. My 3 year old only ate 1.
Note: Messy misters is just what we call them here. Silly names get my kidd0 to eat them!
