Master shopping List 2

Here's what you need if you'd like to make every meal listed on the Quickies 2 newsletter (Parmesan baked tilapia with zucchini, swedish chicken breasts, crock pot beef fajitas, easy sour cream chicken enchiladas, Mom's meatloaf)

* 2 pounds ground beef

* 1 box chicken (or beef) taquitos from freezer section

* 3-4 pound rump roast

* 6 (4 oz) tilapia filets or other mild fish

* 8 small boneless chicken breasts

* 2 eggs

* Bacon (8 slices)

* 4 cans cream of mushroom soup

* 1 can cream of chicken soup

* 1 can tomato sauce (small)

* 2 can green chilies

* 2 cans ro-tel tomatoes with green chilies

* 2 (16) oz of sour cream or 28 ounces total

* shredded cheese (mexican blend or whatever you have about 1 cup)

* 2 onions

* 1 1/2 cups of dry oatmeal or breadcrumbs

* 2 cups uncooked red beans

* 2-3 zucchini squash

* lemon or lime juice (1/8 cup)

* Parmesan cheese (3/4 cup grated)

* green onions

I consider the following to be staples, but check to make sure you have them first before shopping.

*Butter

*salt & pepper

*seasoning salt

*dried basil

*tabasco or louisiana hot sauce (optional)

*Mayonnaise

*Oregano

*water
