Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

by Tiffany
(quick-and-easy-dinner.com)

This Ice Cream Sandwich Cake tastes and looks like you spent a lot of time to prepare it, when it fact, it's SO EASY!! The hardest part is unwrapping the ice cream sandwiches, and start to finish took me approximately 8-10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of (12 count) ice cream sandwiches

  • 1 12 oz tub of whipped topping, refrigerated

  • 1/2 package of Heath Bits o' Brickle (toffee bites)

  • 1 bottle of Magic Shell ice cream topping

Directions:

Unwrap as many ice cream sandwiches as it takes to line a 9 X 11 pan. (I had to cut one in half - and eat the other half)

Mix tub of whipped topping with the toffee bits in a bowl and then spread over the ice cream sandwiches.

Take the Magic Shell and drizzle as much as you'd like all over the top of the cake. I used the whole bottle - just because.

Cover and pop this ice cream sandwich cake in the freezer. When you're ready to serve, remove from freezer for a few minutes so that it's easier to cut.

Serve small squares because it's very rich and delicious. We love this, and I love how easy it is!
