Combine butter, dijon mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
Combine bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
Arrange filets on a baking pan that has been covered in parchment paper.
Generously brush each fillet with the honey mustard mixture and top with the bread crumb mixture.
Bake 12-15 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven. Season with a little salt and pepper and garnish with lemon.
