Hamburger noodle casserole

Ingredients for Hamburger Noodle Casserole

  • 1 lb hamburger meat

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 green bell pepper chopped

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1/2 bag of yoke noodles

  • 1/2 block velveeta cheese


Brown hamburger meat with onions and bell peppers.

Cook noodles until tender.

Mix hamburger meat with noodles in a casserole dish, add both cans of mushroom soup stirring until mixed.

Slice velveeta cheese and lay on top to cover dish.

Put in preheated oven at 350 for 25 min. Serve with buttered roll and enjoy.
