Grilled Baby Back Ribs

My mom and I discovered a sure fire way to make delicious grilled baby back ribs every time!

The meat falls off the bones. They are juicy, tender, and tasty!

You'll need:

  • a rack of baby back ribs
  • salt and pepper
  • your favorite bbq sauce
  • heavy duty foil

Instructions:

  1. Salt and pepper your baby back ribs.
  2. Baste a nice thick layer of barbecue sauce over the top, then wrap tightly in foil.
  3. Have your oven preheated to 400 degrees. Let ribs cook inside in your oven for an hour or an hour and a half.
  4. Remove ribs from oven, and remove the foil.
  5. Put rack of ribs on the grill and baste with another layer of barbeque sauce.

The ribs were already "steamed" in the foil inside the oven and are nice and tender.

Outside on the grill, you use the fire to caramelize and sear the outside. Turn once on the grill, for a total grill time of 15-20 minutes.

Serve these delicious ribs with better than perfect margarita.
