Garlic Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

by Donna Dick
(Martin, TN)

So easy, your teen can do it~!

So easy, your teen can do it~!

It takes longer to say it, than it does to make it~! But don’t let that fool you, the family will love it.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Serves: 6
Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 15 min

6 *boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp **garlic flakes or minced garlic
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 (16 oz)jar ***Alfredo sauce
1 (12 oz) package fettuccini noodles

1) Prepare noodles as directed on package.
2) Heat oil and garlic in skillet over medium heat, stir and cook 1 minute. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch chunks; add to skillet, cook about 5-7 minutes until meat is tender no longer pink.
3) Drain fat from pan, add Alfredo sauce, stir well. Serve over a bed of hot noodles.

NOTES:
* If you are only cooking for 4, just omit 2 of the chicken breasts.
** If you don't like garlic, just omit it. The dish will turn out fine without it.
***Alfredo sauce can be found next to spaghetti sauce in the grocery isle.
