Frog Eye Salad Recipe

This frog eye salad is a must make for any gathering or holiday.  Make it and watch it disappear!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. bag acini de pepe pasta (Can find at Albertsons)
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions:

Boil pasta according to directions. Prepare instant pudding

according to package directions and then set aside. Drain and

rinse pasta with cold water. Mix pasta and pudding together in

a large bowl until all pasta is well coated. Cover and set

mixture in fridge overnight. The next day, drain the cans of

oranges and pineapple and add to pasta mix. Add Cool Whip and

marshmallows. This makes a lot so make sure and have a big bowl.
