French Onion Hamburgers

by Stephy Cummings
(Ennis, Texas)

  • One lb ground beef makes four of
    these burgers for my family.

  • One package french onion soup mix and 10 crunched up saltine crackers

Add soup mix and crackers to ground beef and incorporate well.

Form into 4 flat patties and place on foil lined baking sheet.

Pop 'em into the oven at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and top like a burger or serve with instant brown rice like a "hamburger
steak"!

My family loves these and they only take about 10 minutes to prep. Easy as easy gets!
