Easy Shrimp Jambalaya
Ingredients for Easy Shrimp Jambalaya - 2 cups raw white rice
- 2 lb. raw shrimp
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Directions: Mix all ingredients. Put in large casserole (9X13). cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until rice is done.
