Easy Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredients for Easy Shrimp Jambalaya

  • 2 cups raw white rice
  • 2 lb. raw shrimp
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Put in large casserole (9X13). cover and

bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until rice is done.
