Dipping Wings with Ranch Sauce

Ingredients for Dipping Wings with Ranch Sauce:

  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. dried thyme
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. Tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 1 (3 lb.) package frozen chicken wing drummettes, thawed

Directions:

In glass bowl, combine brown sugar, thyme, garlic, allspice,

salt, vinegar, and Tabasco, mix well. Add drummettes; toss to

coat. Marinate covered in refrigerator 1 hour. Line 2 10x15x1

inch baking pans with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Place drummettes on foil, discarding any remaining marinade.

Bake at 425 for 45 minutes till chicken is no longer pink.

Dipping Sauce:

1 tsp. dried ranch salad dressing mix

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients well. Serve with drummettes.

Can be made the day before, covered, and refrigerated. Reheat

at 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Hot wings always make a great appetizer.
