Crock Pot Spinach Dip Recipe

This crock pot spinach dip recipe is easy and doesn't require many ingredients! Fabulous!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) box of frozen spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can marinated artichoke hearts, chopped, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Havarti cheese

Instructions:

Squeeze spinach to remove excess moisture (this is important so it won't be runny). Combine with remaining ingredients in a crockpot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low 2-3 hours. Serve the creamy spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips or garlic toasts.

Hint To drain spinach, wrap in clean dish towel and twist and squeeze the excess water.

This is so good and so easy! Tastes like it took you all day!
