Crock Pot Spinach Dip
This crock pot spinach dip is easy and doesn't require many ingredients! Fabulous! Ingredients: - 1 (10 oz) box of frozen spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 (14 oz) can marinated artichoke hearts, chopped, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Havarti cheese
Instructions: Squeeze spinach to remove excess moisture (this is important so it won't be runny). Combine with remaining ingredients in a crockpot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low 2-3 hours. Serve the creamy spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips or garlic toasts. Hint To drain spinach, wrap in clean dish towel and twist and squeeze the excess water.
