Crock Pot Beef Fajitas

Ingredients for Crock Pot Beef Fajitas: - Rub a 3-4 lb. roast with chili powder (both sides)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups uncooked red beans
- 2 cans Rotel
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- l can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1.5 Tablespoons salt
- 1 cup water
Directions: Place all ingredients in order in the bottom of a crock pot. Cook on medium to high for approximately 8 hours or until beans are cooked. DO NOT STIR while cooking. Eat with tortillas, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, etc. Thanks Leticia, from Rotan, TX for the recipe.
