Crispy Ranch Fried Chicken

by Lynnette Martin
(Ada, OK)

You Need:

  • 7 smaller boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 1/2 cups of Bisquick

  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix

  • 1-2 eggs

  • splash of milk

  • Oil

Mix eggs and milk in a bowl.

Pour Bisquick and ranch in a gallon size freezer bag, close and shake to mix well. Dip Chicken in egg and milk mixture, drop in bag and shake until coated well and evenly.

Heat oil in pan, and place chicken in pan, and cook thoroughly. Use left over grease to make gravy, Tiffany has really good directions for making gravy!!

This is my husbands favorite way to eat chicken!! This is also very good on pork chops!!

Dry mix
by: Tiffany

In case Lynnette didn't catch your comment, I thought I'd answer. You'd just use the dry ranch mix in with the bisquick for the breading of the chicken. Hope that helps!

Question

Do you actually make the ranch recipe and put it in the bag or just put in the powdered mix?

Love it!
by: Tiffany

Lynette,

Can't wait to try this one! I make homemade chicken strips for the boys about once per month, and I know they'll love this. Thanks for sharing!!
