Crescent Rolls Hamburger Pockets

crescent roll hamburger pockets

Picture shown with a dipping sauce of black bean and corn salsa, a side salad, and corn on the cob.

Crescent Rolls Hamburger Pockets are a super quick and easy dinner idea. Thanks Mindy for the recipe.

You'll need:

  • Cooked hamburger meat
  • 2 cans of Crescent Rolls-keep cold until right before using
  • Shredded cheese (I used Mexican velveeta-yum!)

Take the Crescent Rolls and lay them flat. Place cooked ground beef & shredded cheese on top of the dough.

Place another crescent roll on top of that and press the edges to seal the food into it. You may have to stretch them a bit.

Note from Tiffany: Next time I'm going to try making bigger squares instead of triangles to hold more filling.

Cook about 14-16 minutes at temperature listed on crescent roll package.
